Simply use the booking widget on our homepage or any airport/city page: enter your pickup location (airport or city), your destination, travel date, number of passengers, and preferred vehicle type. Click "Find Transfer" and complete your secure booking online. You will receive an instant confirmation by email with all the details including your driver's contact information.
All TellMyTaxi prices are 100% fixed. The price displayed when you book is the exact amount you will pay — there are no hidden extras, no fuel surcharges, no toll additions, and no surge pricing. The only circumstances where the price changes is if you modify the route, vehicle type, or number of passengers after booking.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. Corporate clients can also arrange payment by bank transfer — please contact us for details.
Payment is made securely online at the time of booking. This guarantees your reservation and means there is no need to carry cash or worry about payment on the day of your transfer. Receipts and invoices are issued automatically by email.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though we accept bookings as little as 2 hours before your required transfer time, subject to driver availability. For peak travel periods such as summer and Christmas, earlier booking is advisable to secure your preferred vehicle.
Yes, you will receive an immediate email confirmation containing your booking reference, transfer details, driver information, and contact number. A reminder is also sent 24 hours before your transfer. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes of booking, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Yes, you can book both outbound and return transfers simultaneously when making your reservation. Return bookings receive the same fixed pricing and service. You can also add a return transfer to an existing booking by contacting our support team.
No. The price shown in our booking widget is the total price — there are no booking fees, service charges, or credit card surcharges. VAT, driver gratuity, and all tolls are already included in the quoted price.

We monitor all incoming flights in real time using live flight tracking data. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time — you do not need to contact us. There is no extra charge for flight delays. Your driver will be waiting for you when you land regardless of the new arrival time.
Brief comfort stops on long transfers can usually be accommodated — please request this when booking or by contacting your driver directly. Additional sightseeing stops or significant detours may incur an extra charge and should be agreed with the driver in advance. Please note that time-sensitive itineraries may not accommodate additional stops.
All our drivers have a working knowledge of English sufficient to communicate clearly for transfer purposes. Many also speak additional languages. If you have specific language requirements, please mention them in the special requests field when booking and we will do our best to assign an appropriate driver.
Your driver will be in the arrivals hall with a name board bearing your name. If you cannot locate them, call the driver's mobile number provided in your confirmation email. If you are still unable to connect, call our 24/7 support line. Please do not leave the arrivals area before contacting us.
Wi-Fi is available upon request in Business class and above. Economy, Minivan, and Minibus vehicles do not include Wi-Fi as standard, though some drivers may offer a personal hotspot. If Wi-Fi is important to you, please select Business class when booking or note it in special requests.
Please inform us of any oversized luggage at the time of booking. Sports equipment such as ski bags, golf clubs, and bicycles can often be accommodated in our Van or Minibus vehicles. Some items may require pre-arrangement and possibly an additional vehicle. Contact us before booking to confirm feasibility.

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall, immediately outside the customs exit, holding a name board with your name clearly displayed. This is standard for all TellMyTaxi airport pickups. You will also receive your driver's name and mobile number before your transfer so you can contact them directly if needed.
All airport pickups include complimentary waiting time: 60 minutes for international flights (from actual landing time) and 30 minutes for domestic flights. This is designed to give you ample time to disembark, collect luggage, and clear customs. Waiting time beyond these limits may incur an additional charge.
We cover all 13 major Italian airports including Milan Malpensa (MXP), Milan Linate (LIN), Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY), Rome Fiumicino (FCO), Rome Ciampino (CIA), Venice Marco Polo (VCE), Naples Capodichino (NAP), Pisa Galileo Galilei (PSA), Florence Peretola (FLR), Turin Caselle (TRN), Bologna Marconi (BLQ), Catania Fontanarossa (CTA), and Palermo Falcone Borsellino (PMO).
Absolutely. We handle both arrival pickups from airports and departure transfers to airports. For departure transfers, we recommend scheduling your pickup to arrive at the airport at least 2.5 hours before your scheduled departure for international flights, and 1.5 hours for domestic flights.
If you know your terminal in advance, please include it in your booking notes. If your terminal changes or you are unsure, contact your driver via the mobile number in your confirmation — they will adjust accordingly. At multi-terminal airports, your driver will confirm the meeting point based on your terminal.
Yes, we can arrange pickups and drop-offs at Italian cruise terminals and ferry ports on request. Popular ports such as Civitavecchia (Rome), Naples, Venice, Genoa, and Palermo are covered. Please contact us to arrange a custom quote for port transfers.

We offer five vehicle classes: Economy sedans (up to 3 passengers, 3 bags), Business class premium sedans (up to 3 passengers, premium leather interior), Minivans (up to 7 passengers, 7 bags), Vans (up to 8 passengers, 12 bags — ideal for ski equipment), and Minibuses (up to 16 passengers). All vehicles are modern, air-conditioned, and driven by licensed professionals.
Each vehicle has a luggage limit that corresponds to its passenger capacity: Economy (3 large bags), Business (3 large bags), Minivan (7 large bags), Van (12 large bags), Minibus (16 large bags). If you have unusually large or numerous pieces of luggage, please mention this when booking so we can ensure the right vehicle is allocated.
Yes, child seats are available at no extra charge for all vehicle types. Please specify the age of the child in the special requests field when booking so we can provide the correct seat type (infant seat, toddler seat, or booster). We carry a range of approved child restraints.
We cannot guarantee a specific vehicle model, but the vehicle class you select (Economy, Business, Minivan, etc.) will be respected. Business class vehicles are typically Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 5 Series, or Audi A6. Minivans are typically Mercedes-Benz V-Class or Volkswagen Caravelle.
We can accommodate passengers with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users, in most cases. Please contact us before booking to discuss your specific requirements. We will do our best to arrange an appropriate vehicle and provide any necessary assistance.

You can cancel your transfer free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the transfer are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the transfer or no-shows are non-refundable.
To cancel or modify your booking, contact us via email at support@tellmytaxi.com or call our 24/7 support line, quoting your booking reference number. Modifications to route, pickup time, vehicle type, or passenger numbers can be made subject to availability and may affect the price.
In the extremely rare event that we are unable to fulfill your booked transfer, we will contact you as early as possible, arrange an alternative vehicle at no extra cost, or issue a full refund if no alternative can be found. We maintain a reserve fleet and backup driver network to prevent cancellations.
Yes, you can change your pickup time up to 12 hours before the transfer, subject to driver availability. Please contact us as soon as you know of any changes. Changes requested with less than 12 hours' notice may not be accommodated and the original time will stand.
If your flight changes to a different date, contact us immediately with your new flight details. We will reschedule your transfer to match your new arrival time at no extra charge, provided you notify us more than 24 hours before the original transfer time. Changes made with less notice will be treated as a new booking.
